Process
Initial Consultation
We invite all our clients to an online meeting or telephonic conversation for an initial design consultation, where we take a detailed brief to understand how you intend to use your outdoor space.
To help us appreciate your style, you’re welcome to share images or inspiration. We’ll also present ideas, samples, and references to help guide the discussion.
Design Development
Based on the detailed brief, we develop a sketch design and quotation tailored to your project.
Present Design
You may fall in love with the design immediately — or we may refine it further until it feels just right.
Design Approval & Order Confirmation
Once the design has been developed to the point where you’re completely delighted, we await your confirmation to proceed.
Site Survey
Upon confirmation, our survey manager visits your site to take precise measurements and confirm all details before production begins.
Sign-Off
Following the site survey, any required adjustments are made to the design. Once everything is approved, your project is signed off and scheduled for installation
Installation
Installation begins — including plumbing, electrical work, painting, worktop cutting, and final finishing. Our team oversees every stage to ensure your new space meets the exacting standards of African Oak craftsmanship.
